高等农业院校创新创业教育的困境与对策

伴随乡村振兴战略的实施,高等农业院校在乡村振兴过程中的独特优势逐渐显现。目前高等农业院校广泛开展的结合农业生产实际的创新创业教育,为乡村振兴提供了一条新的路径。目前高等农业院校创新创业工作开展得如火如荼,实施创新创业教育也具有重要意义,但是也遇到教育机制不完善、教育资源匮乏和教育发展模式单一等问题,因此,高等农业院校为了更好地开展创新创业教育,在今后工作中需要加强制度设计,做好统筹规划;整合各方资源,提高创新创业教育实用性;创新创业人才培养模式,增强教育的内涵性。

With the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,the unique advantages of agricultural colleges and universities in the process of Rural Revitalization gradually emerge.Nowadays,the innovation and business-starting education,which is widely carried out in agricultural colleges and universities,provides a new path for rural revitalization.Presently,the work of innovation and business-starting is in full swing in agricultural colleges and universities,and the implementation of innovation and business-starting education is also of much significance,but problems exist in carrying out the innovation and business-starting education,such as the imperfect educational mechanism,the lack of educational resources and the singleness of the educational development mode.To carry out the innovation and business-starting education better in future,it is necessary to strengthen the system design and plan well and overally;integrate all resources and improve the practicability of the innovation and business-starting education;and innovate the cultivation model and enhance the connotation of education.
