低管电压低剂量在颞颌关节CT动态容积扫描中的应用

摘要 目的探讨低管电压低剂量在颞颌关节(TMJ)320排CT动态容积扫描中的应用研究。方法按就诊时间先后顺序将我院临床怀疑TMJ病变而行320排CT动态容积扫描的69例患者随机分成三组(常规组、实验A组、实验B组),各23例。常规组:120 kV,200 mA;实验A组:100 kV,150 mA;实验B组:80 kV,100 mA。分析比较三组图像质量主观评价,并记录各组辐射剂量CT容积剂量指数CTDIvol、剂量长度乘积(DLP)及有效辐射剂量(ED)。结果常规组、实验A组、实验B组的图像质量优良率分别为100%、87%、70%;三组图像的有效辐射剂量(ED)分别为(2.42±0.17)mSv、(0.81±0.02)mSv、(0.54±0.03)mSv;实验A组和实验B组较常规组辐射剂量分别降低66.56%和77.57%。结论采用低管电压低剂量在TMJ 320排CT动态容积扫描时,较常规螺旋扫描速度快,既能保证图像质量以满足临床诊断需求,又可明显降低辐射剂量,同时又保护了机器球管的热容量和使用寿命。
