摘要
采用电沉积技术在GCr15轴承钢板表面制备了Co-W/ZrO2复合镀层,并研究了纳米ZrO2微粒的质量浓度对镀层性能的影响。研究发现:随着纳米ZrO2微粒的质量浓度的增加,镀层的沉积速率和厚度增大;加入纳米ZrO2微粒,有利于细化镀层晶粒,改善镀层的耐磨性;当纳米ZrO2微粒的质量浓度为12 g/L时,镀层表面均匀、致密,孔隙率低,具有较好的性能。
Co-W/ZrO2 composite coatings were prepared on the surface of GCr15 bearing steel plate by electrodeposition, and the effect of the mass concentration of nano-ZrO2 particles on the properties of the coatings was studied. It was found that with the increase of the mass concentration of nano-ZrO2 particles, the deposition rate and thickness of the coatings increased gradually. The addition of nano-ZrO2 particles was beneficial to refine the grains resulting in improvement of the wear resistance of the coatings. When the mass concentration of nano-ZrO2 particles was 12 g/L, the Co-W/ZrO2 composite coating possessed uniform surface morphology, low porosity and excellent property.
