我国新能源装备企业智化发展创新能力评价 被引量:4

Evaluation of the innovative ability of intelligentized development of new-energy equipment enterprises in China

摘要 为了客观评价我国新能源装备企业的智化发展创新能力,促进我国新能源装备快速而高质量的发展和新能源的开发利用,本文在智能制造发展背景下,从新能源装备智化发展创新投入能力、创新产出能力、商业化推广能力和创新外部环境4个方面分析新能源装备企业智化发展创新能力的影响因素。运用突变级数法构建其评价指标体系与评价模型,以我国上市的12家新能源装备企业2012年-2016年面板数据为样本进行实证分析。结果表明:创新产出能力和商业化推广能力是限制新能源装备企业智化发展创新能力的主要因素,企业需要从降低研发风险和拓宽营销范围来加强企业的研发产出和推广能力。 To objectively evaluate the innovative capability of intelligentized development of China′s new-energy equipment enterprises and promote the rapid and high-quality development of new-energy equipment,as well as the development and utilization of new-energy sources in China,in the context of intelligentized manufacturing and development,this study investigates the influencing factors of the intelligentized development and innovative ability of new-energy equipment enterprises from four aspects:innovative input capability,innovative output capability,commercialized promotion capability,and innovative external environment for intelligentized development of new-energy equipment.The method of mutation level is used to construct the evaluation index system and evaluation model,and the panel data of 12 new-energy equipment enterprises listed in China from 2012 to 2016 was empirically analyzed.The results show that the innovative output capacity and commercialized promotion ability are the main factors that limit the innovative ability of intelligentized development of new-energy equipment enterprises.Enterprises need to reduce R&D risk and broaden the marketing scope to strengthen the research and development(R&D)output and promotion capabilities of enterprises.
