摘要
针对大采高工作面回撤通道顶板稳定性差、围岩非对称变形破坏严重等系列难题,以2101大采高工作面回撤通道为研究对象,综合运用理论分析、数值模拟、力学建模等多种研究方法对回撤通道顶板破断结构稳定性进行了系统研究。阐明了影响基本顶断裂特征的关键因素;分析了不同破断结构下巷道围岩的破坏特征;建立了"长关键块"结构力学模型,并推导出支架临界阻力公式;计算得出2101工作面支架阻力富裕系数小,需要加强支架管理。研究成果可为大型综采设备安全快速搬家提供理论指导。
The roof stability was poor and the asymmetric failure of surrounding rock was serious in the equipment withdrawal entry of the working face with large mining height.Aiming at these problems,taking the equipment withdrawal entry of 2101 working face as a research object,the stability of broken roof structure in the equipment withdrawal entry was systematically studied by theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,mechanical modeling and other research methods.The key factors affecting the fracture characteristics of the basic roof were expounded.The failure characteristics of surrounding rock in roadway under different broken structures were analyzed.The structural mechanics model of long key block was established,and the critical resistance formula of support was deduced.The calculation results showed that the resistance affluence coefficient of support in 2101 working face was small,and support management should be strengthened.The research results could provide a theoretical guidance for the safe and fast moving of large-scale mining equipment.
