锤头刃角对轮式破碎机锤轴组件破碎过程的影响

The Influence of Hammer Head Angle on the Crushing Process of Hammer Shaft Assembly of the Wheeled Crusher

摘要 针对轮式破碎机工作中锤头磨损严重和锤头易松动脱落的问题,以PLM4000破碎机模型为基础,采用参数化建模的方法,建立了3种不同刃角角度的锤头,并利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行动力学仿真和分析,得到锤头与物料间接触的二向力和合力的时间历程曲线,以及锤头与锤体接触力的变差系数。分析结果表明:与现有的中刃角锤头相比,大刃角锤头和小刃角锤头与物料的接触力均值分别减小了4.5%和增大了6.69%;与锤体接触力的变差系数也随刃角角度的增大而减小,由小刃角的0.145降到大刃角的0.077,即增大刃角角度,可以显著降低锤头与锤体的载荷波动,这为破碎机锤轴组件的后续优化设计提供了重要参考。 Based on the PLM4000 crusher model,three kinds of hammer heads with different blade angles were established by means of parametric modeling to solve the problems of serious wear of hammer heads and easy looseness and falling off of hammer heads in the work of wheeled crusher.At the same time,ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used for dynamic simulation and analysis to obtain the time course curve of the two-way force and resultant force between the hammer head and the material,as well as the variation coefficient of the contact force between the hammer head and the hammer body.The analysis results were concluded as follows.Firstly,compared with the existing middle-angle hammer head,the average contact force between the large-angle hammer head and small-angle hammer head with the material decreased by 4.5% and increased by 6.69%respectively.Secondly,the variation coefficient of contact force with the hammer also decreased with the increase of blade angle,from 0.145 of small angle to 0.077 of large angle.That was to say,the increase of blade angle can significantly reduce the load fluctuation of hammer head and hammer body.The study provided an important reference for the subsequent optimization design of hammer shaft components of crusher.
