摘要
针对煤矿综掘面风筒出风口风流无法根据掘进实际需求进行动态调控,易造成瓦斯和粉尘积聚隐患问题,提出了出风口的风流动态调控新思路,研发了一种安装于出风口的风流智能调控新装置,用于风速、瓦斯和粉尘浓度最优调控。结果表明:按照推荐的最佳调节方案进行调节,出风口距迎头5m时,调控后使得出风口风速合理降低,回风侧行人呼吸带降尘率达到33.4%;出风口距迎头10m时,调控后合理增加了风流有效射程,回风侧行人呼吸带降尘率达到34.3%,有效改善了综掘面通风环境,为智能通风安全管理提供了途径。
Due to the wind flow at the air outlet cannot be dynamically adjusted according to the actual demand in fully mechanized workface,and hidden dangers would be caused such as the gas and dust accumulation.In view of the problems,a new idea of dynamically controlling the wind flow at the air outlet was proposed,and a new intelligent device installed at the air outlet was developed to optimize the wind speed,as well as the gas and dust concentration.The results showed that,according to the recommended optimal adjustment scheme,when the air outlet was 5 maway from the head,the wind speed at the air outlet would be reduced reasonably after adjustment,and the dust concentration of pedestrian breathing belt in the return air side decreased by 33.4%;when the air outlet was 10 m away from the head,the effective range of wind flow would be increased reasonably after adjustment,and dust concentration of pedestrian breathing belt in the return air side decreased by34.3%.The scheme can effectively improve the ventilation environment of the fully mechanized workface and provided a way for safety management by intelligent ventilation.
