摘要
构建符合工程实际情况的数值计算模型是数值模拟精确可靠的基础,因此改进和优化模型构建方法,使模型的复杂程度接近于真实情况的研究具有重大意义。提出了以Rhino软件结合Kubrix插件构建FLAC3D模型的方法,并详细阐述了建模的过程思路。以银海矿业下鲍矿区为工程背景,构建了X方向跨2000 m,Y方向跨1400 m,Z方向跨1000m,网格划分为10 m的精细网格模型,其单元数为13280225,节点数为2299395,研究成果表明,该方法可构建大跨度、高精度模型,且使用软件较小、学习成本低、容错率高,对FLAC3D使用者具有指导作用。
Building a numerical calculation model in line with the actual situation of the project was the basis of accurate and reliable numerical simulation.Therefore,it was of great significance to improve and optimize the method of model construction to make the complexity of the model close to the real situation.A method of constructing FLAC3D model with Rhino software and Kubrix plug-in was proposed,and the process of modeling was elaborated in detail.Taking the Xiabao mining area of Yinhai mining industry as an engineering background,a fine grid model with the X-direction spanning of 2000 m,Y-direction spanning of 1400 mand Z-direction spanning of 1000 m was constructed with the grid of 10 m.The number of grid cells and nodes were 13280225 and 2299395 respectively.The research results showed that this method can build a large-span and highprecision model,with small software,low learning cost and high fault tolerance,which had a guiding effect on FLAC3D users.
