摘要 学习共同体在广受认可的同时仍面临着诸多问题,实践上耽于表象、流于形式、囿于行动使学习共同体的创建陷入"貌合神离"的困境,理论上侧重描绘、强调操作、跟随实践、实体思维使学习共同体的研究产生"忽视本原"的局限。把握学习共同体的基本内核是解决这些问题的关键。回归本原,发现学习共同体的基本内核在于:若干人为追求某种有价值的认知成果而相互作用。这一认识的价值在于确认学习共同体的同时,在理论上更好地识别学习共同体的不同过程、不同类型和不同结构,在实践上使学习共同体的创建不拘于条件、不泥于方法、不囿于形式,从而根据具体的内容、情境与目的灵活创建真实而有效的学习共同体。 While learning community is widely recognized,it still faces many problems.In respect of practice,learning community falls into aseemingly harmonious dilemma with problems of formality and inaction.In aspect of theoretical research,learning community focuses on description,practice and operation as well as physical thinking.Thus,studies on learning community are limited within"ignoring its bases".The core of grasping learning community is the key to solving those problems.When returning to its base,it’s found that the core of learning community lies in interactions between the persons who pursue cognitive achievements.The value of the findings is that while what the learning community is figured out,different processes,types and structures of learning community are also better recognized from a theoretical perspective.Thus,creating the learning community in practice will not be limited by conditions,methods and forms.A true and effective learning community can be created flexibly according to the content,context and purposes.
