摘要 什么是好的教学?这一问题的回答对教学改革具有极其重要的理论价值与现实意义。国家级基础教育教学成果奖作为突出的教学实践成果,对教学产生积极作用,在实践层面为"好"教学的实现提供蓝本。通过对教学的思想性、前沿性、独特性、辐射性四个维度的分析深入剖析"好"教学的具体内涵:"好"教学理应确保教学目的与实践伦理的一致,以学生发展为本、把握教育前沿、根据实际情境形成特色、在课程与活动中实现育人的目的。通过研究,对于践行"好"教学的思想内涵、优秀教学经验具有借鉴作用,对教育工作者主动研究和解决教育教学中存在的问题,不断创造解决实际问题的行之有效的办法具有一定的反思意义。 What is quality teaching? The answer to this question has both theoretical and practical significance in teaching reforms.National prize for teaching achievements in basic education,an outstanding teaching practice,exerts positive effects on teaching,and provides reference for how to achieve quality teaching on the practical level.A deep analysis of"quality teaching"is conducted from four dimensions of teaching,namely ideology,leading role,uniqueness and its spread.It is found that to achieve quality teaching,teaching purpose should be consistent withpractical ethics.Student-based development should be the basis,frontiers of educationshould be fully known,and schools’ characteristics should be formed in light of actual situations,thus realizing education goalsthrough combining curriculum and activities.This researchcan be used as a reference for practicing the ideological connotation of quality teaching and learning from excellent teaching experience.It also brings inspirations to those who research on or solve educational and teaching problems,and provides reflections on finding effective solutions to those practical problems.
