腭裂术后穿孔是常见腭裂术后并发症,二次修复困难,且影响语言、进食等功能,是临床难点之一。本文就腭裂穿孔的发生率、穿孔原因、修复术式进展及材料在穿孔修复中应用进行综述。

The postoperative oronasal perforations in palate after palatoplasty may cause the abnomalities of speech and deglutition. Secondary operative repair seemed always imperative. This paper reviewed the incidence of cleft palate perforation, the cause of perforation, the progress of repair and the application of the material in perforation repair.
