摘要
为寻求具有更高除草活性的农药先导化合物,以甲基丙烯酰氯和硫氰酸钾为原料合成了中间体甲基丙烯酰基异硫氰酸酯,再与不同的取代胺进行反应,合成了4个未见文献报道的硫脲类化合物。其结构经IR和1H NMR确证,并对其进行了除草活性测试。初步测试结果表明,在100 mg/L下,所合成的化合物具有一定的除草活性。其中,化合物2c和2d对藿香蓟根的抑制率达到90%以上。
In order to find out novel pesticide lead compounds with good herbicidal activity,methacryloyl isothiocyanate intermediate was synthesized using methacryloyl chloride and potassium thiocyanate as materials,and then reacted with various substituted amines to give four novel thiourea compounds.Their structures were confirmed by IR and 1H NMR.The herbicidal activities of these compounds were evaluated.The preliminary herbicidal activity test indicated that the compounds synthesized showed some herbicide activities at the concentration of 100 mg/L.Among them,the inhibition rate of compound 2c and 2d on ageratum conyzoides linn.root was above 90%.
