摘要
研究高密度钻井液加重材料的加重机理是当前解决高密度钻井液的技术难点。本文研究了重晶石的密度和粒度,膨润土的加量以及钻井液处理剂等对加重钻井液的影响。研究结果表明:重晶石的密度和粘度对高密度钻井液性能有较大影响;随着重晶石加入量增加,钻井液的流变参数会存在一个临界点,超过这个点流变参数会剧烈变化。不同配方被加重到一定密度后,钻井液会存在一个最佳老化温度。
It is a technical difficulty to study the weighting mechanism of heavy materials in high density drilling fluids.The effects of density and particle size of barite,the amount of bentonite and drilling fluid additives on the weighted drilling fluid were studied.The results showed that the density and viscosity of barite had a great influence on the performance of high density drilling fluid;with the increase of barite content,there will be a critical point of rheological parameters of drilling fluid,beyond which the rheological parameters will change dramatically.When different formulations were increased to a certain density,there will be an optimum aging temperature for drilling fluid.And bentonite had a great influence on the settlement stability of drilling fluid.
