宁夏六盘山区黄芪鉴别及其二氧化硫残留量测定 被引量:3

Identification of Astragalus from Liupan Mountain Area in Ningxia Province and Determination of Sulfur Dioxide Residue

摘要 对宁夏六盘山区一年生、四年生黄芪及山西黄芪采用性状、显微鉴别及薄层色谱鉴别方法进行鉴别,并采用离子色谱法对黄芪中二氧化硫残留量进行测定。结果表明:宁夏六盘山黄芪与山西黄芪在外观性状上存在明显差异,而在显微组织结构方面无明显差异;宁夏六盘山黄芪中二氧化硫残留量高于山西黄芪,宁夏一年生黄芪为28.5634 mg·kg^-1,宁夏四年生黄芪为31.4120 mg·kg^-1。 Astragalus from Liupan mountain area in Ningxia province were identified by morphological,microscopic and TLC methods.Ion chromdtography was used to determine the quantity of sulfur dioxide from astragalus.The results showed that there were obvious differences between astragalus from Liupan mountain and Shanxi astragalus,but not in microstructure.The content of total sulfur dioxide in Liupan mountain astragalus radix contained was higher than the content of total sulfur dioxide in Shanxi astragalus.The content of total sulfur dioxide in one year-old Liupan mountain astragalus radix contained was 28.5634 mg·kg^-1,the content of total sulfur dioxide in four year-old Liupan mountain astragalus radix contained was 31.4120 mg·kg^-1.
