三氯乙烯酸化控制研究

摘要 三氯乙烯是一种性能优良、用途广泛的有机氯溶剂产品。目前,该产品市场竞争激烈,客户对产品的要求越来越高。三氯乙烯在遇水或高温条件下易酸化,然而该产品大量发往南方销售,南方在3~9月高温潮湿,这种地理环境会进一步加速三氯乙烯酸化,影响产品稳定性。因此,本文在对人、机、料、法、环、测六个方面分析的基础上,通过改进产品稳定剂配比等来克服三氯乙烯的酸化,从而保证了产品的稳定性,降低了顾客投诉。 Trichloroethylene is a kind of organic chlorine solvent product with excellent performance and wide application.At present,the market competition of this product is fierce,and the customer s demand for the product is getting higher and higher.Tetrachloroethylene is easy to acidify under water or high temperature conditions.However,the product is sold in large quantities to the south.The high temperature and humidity in March to September in the South will further accelerate the acidification of trichloroethylene and affect the stability of the product.Therefore,based on the analysis of human,machine,material,method,ring and measurement,the acidification of trichloroethylene can be overcome by improving the proportion of product stabilizer,so as to ensure the stability of the product and reduce customer complaints.
