Function development and application of incremental encoder for CDQ crane with frequency converter

利用干熄焦提升机变频系统增量型编码器升降、走行电机转速信号,计算得出提升机升降和走行距离并进行偏差补偿,实现绝对型编码器故障时提升机继续保持有效工作,利于生产稳定。

By using the signals of lifting for incremental encoder and speed of traveling motor of the frequency conversion system of the CDQ crane,the distance of lifting and traveling for the crane can be calculated and the deviation can be compensated so as to keep the crane in normal operation in case of failure of the absolute encoder for safety purpose.
