摘要
分析发现茚含量高是导致工业萘中不挥发物含量偏高的原因。通过优化工艺参数,降低工业萘中茚含量,有效降低了工业萘中的不挥发物含量,不挥发物含量从0.07%下降至0.05%,达到一等品指标。
It was found that the high content of indene in technical naphthalene is also the reason of the high content of non-volatile matters in the technical naphthalene.The optimization of process parameters can reduce the content of indene in the technical naphthalene,and effectively reduce the content of non-volatile substances in the technical naphthalene from 0.07%to 0.05%,up to the standard of first-class product.
