摘要
针对中小型牧场对饲料搅拌的需求,设计了一种9JGL-12型全混合日粮制备机。该样机搅龙螺旋叶片采用变锥角设计,提高了搅拌效率,降低了搅拌功率。切割刀片基材采用高锰钢,并进行碳化钨涂层处理,提高了切割刀片切割效率和耐磨性。实验表明,该机性能稳定,作业效率高,各项指标满足了饲料搅拌的要求。
Aiming at the demand of feed stirring of smal and medium-sized pastures,9JGL-12 total mixed ration mixer was designed.A variable taper angle is adopted on piral blade of prototype auger to improve the mixing efficiency and reduce the mixing power.The cutting blade is made of high manganese steel,tungsten carbide coating is treated to improve the cutting efficiency and wear resistance.Tests indicates that,this machine has a stable performance and high working efficiency,every index of this machine has met the mixing requirement.
