新时代高水平开放与“一带一路”倡议为中国经济增长开辟了新空间,为优化中国对外开放布局搭建了新平台,为重塑全球经济价值链分工体系创造了新条件,对于实现中国经济高质量发展等产生积极意义。随着中国对外开放发展的持续推进,中国同“一带一路”国家的贸易合作等将上升至新的高度,但同时也面临着诸多挑战。新时代高水平开放推进“一带一路”倡议高质量发展,“一带一路”倡议提升新时代中国对外开放水平,二者密不可分。扩大外资市场准入,加强知识产权保护国际合作,提升商品和服务贸易质量,开辟新的经济通道,促进“一带一路”区域次级核心区联动发展等是实现新时代中国对外开放高水平发展、实现“一带一路”倡议高质量发展的可行方式。

The high level opening-up and the Belt and Road Initiative in the new era have opened up a new space for China's economic growth,set up a new platform for optimizing the layout of China's opening to the outside world,created new conditions for reshaping the division of labor system in the global economic value chain,and produced positive significance for the realization of high quality development of China's economy.With the continuous development of China's opening-up,China's trade cooperation with Belt and Road Initiative countries will rise to a new height,but meanwhile it will also face many challenges.The research shows that the high level opening-up in the new era promotes the high quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative,and the Initiative promotes the level of China's opening-up to the outside world in the new era.Expanding access to foreign investment markets,strengthening international cooperation in protecting intellectual property rights,improving the quality of goods and services trade,opening up new economic channels and promoting the linkage development of regional sub-core areas of the Belt and Road Initiative are feasible ways to realize the high-level development of China's opening-up in the new era and realizing the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
