摘要
在我国文化软实力逐步增强的背景下,国家提出“一带一路”倡议,为中华文化走出去提供了重要的平台和政策机遇,同时中华文化走出去面临着新的挑战,如文化差异、文化霸权、文化贸易理念差异和贸易争端等。文章从秉持人类命运共同体的文化交流新理念、“一带一路”背景下中华文化走出去的长效机制建设、加强文化内涵生产与传播效果建设、创新对外文化交流和贸易的合作形式以及壮大对外文化贸易主体实力,创新对外文化贸易业态等方面,提出了“一带一路”背景下中华文化走出去的路径,为我国文化走出去的实践提供理论借鉴。
Under the background“One Belt and One Road”policy,it provides an important platform and opportunity for Chinese culture“going-out”.At the same time,“going-out”of Chinese culture is facing new challenges,such as the concept of cultural differences,cultural hegemony and cultural trade and trade disputes,and so on.This paper puts forward the path for Chinese culture“going-out”from several aspects,such as the grasping the idea of human destiny community as cultural exchange,promoting long-term mechanism construction under the background of“Belt and Road”for Chinese culture“going out”,strengthening the construction of culture content production and dissemination effect,innovating cultural exchange and trade cooperation form.It provides theoretical reference for the practice of the Chinese culture to go out.
