乡村治理视域下新乡贤培育路径探析

On the Cultivation Path of New Country Squire in the Perspective of Rural Governance

乡村治理作为国家治理的重要组成部分,对于实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化具有重要作用。近年来,国家和基层组织在强调乡村治理要加强思想道德建设的同时,也要发挥乡贤文化对于乡村的引领和示范,注重发挥新乡贤的作用。因此,在新时代背景下,如何培育现代社会的新乡贤成为当前乡村社会治理迫切需要解决的难题。文章通过对新乡贤的内涵、当前我国乡村治理的困境、新乡贤参与乡村治理的现实语境以及新乡贤的培育路径进行学理性分析,以期发挥新乡贤的作用为我国乡村治理有效目标的实现和乡村社会和谐发展注入新动力。

As an important part of national governance,rural governance plays an important role in realizing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.In recent years,while emphasizing rural governance to strengthen ideological and moral construction,the government and grassroots organizations must also give play to the leading and demonstration of the rural culture to the countryside,and pay attention to the role of the new country squire.Therefore,in the context of the new era,how to cultivate new country squire has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved in current rural social governance.The article makes a rational analysis of the connotation of country squire,the current predicament of rural governance in China,the real context of country squire’s participation in rural governance,and the cultivation path of country squire in order to give play to the role of them as the realization of the effective goal of rural governance in China.
