红外光谱法在香烟过滤嘴检验中的应用

摘要 采用红外光谱法对香烟过滤嘴的纤维成分进行检验分析,对采取不同部位对检验结果的影响进行了研究,在此基础上对同厂家同品牌不同系列香烟过滤嘴纤维样本进行分析,发现组成香烟过滤嘴纤维的基础物质相同,但不同系列的过滤嘴所含这些纤维的量或配比上还可能存在一定差异,所以特征峰位置和强弱存在明显差异性。据此,可以实现对不同系列香烟过滤嘴的比对鉴定或缩小认定范围,希望为香烟过滤嘴的检验提供一定参考。 The fiber composition of cigarette filter was tested and analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,and the influence of different parts on the test results was studied.On this basis,the fiber samples of different series of cigarette filter of the same manufacturer and brand were analyzed.It was found that the basic substances of the fiber of cigarette filter were the same,but the quantity or proportion of these fibers in different series of filter may have some differences,so there are obvious differences in the location and strength of the characteristic peak.According to this,it can realize the comparison and identification of different series of cigarette filter or reduce the scope of identification,hoping to provide some reference for the inspection of cigarette filter.
