心理护理干预对改善精神分裂症患者抑郁症状的效果观察

The effect of psychological nursing intervention on improvements of depressive symptoms of schizophrenia patients

探讨心理护理干预对改善精神分裂症患者抑郁症状的效果。以随机编号的方式,将2018年1月12月哈尔滨市第一专科医院收治的62例精神分裂症患者纳入试验组与对照组,每组各36例。对照组的患者实施常规护理,试验组患者在此基础上实施心理护理干预,对比两组患者抑郁症状的改善效果及护理质量满意度。护理前两组患者评分比较无显著差异,护理后试验组患者的SDS、BPRS评分相对较低(P<0.05)。试验组患者的护理满意率为97.22%,对照组患者的护理满意率为83.33%(P<0.05)。心理护理干预能够改善精神分裂症患者的抑郁症状,提高对患者护理服务的满意度,护理干预价值较高。

To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on depressive symptoms of schizophrenics.62 schizophrenics admitted to Harbin First Special Hospital from January to December 2018 were enrolled into experimental group and control group by random number,36 in each group.The patients in control group were given routine nursing,and patients in experimental group were given psychological nursing intervention on this basis.There was no significant difference between two groups before nursing,but the scores of SDS and BPRS in experimental group after nursing were relatively low(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the patients in experimental group was 97.22%,and that of patients in the control group was 83.33%(P<0.05).Psychological nursing intervention can improve depressive symptoms of schizophrenic patients,improve satisfaction of patients’nursing services,and the value of nursing intervention is higher.
