摘要
分析首发精神分裂症患者出院后实施康复护理的效果。选择2017年6月—2018年6月哈尔滨市第一专科医院收治的100例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,将其分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受出院后康复护理,分析两组患者的护理效果。与对照组相比,观察组干预后的疾病复发率更低,治疗依从性更高(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量得分、社会支持得分以及生活能力得分更高(P<0.05)。对精神分裂症患者进行出院后康复护理,可取得满意的护理效果,能够积极改善病患的社会功能和临床症状,有助于提升患者的治疗依从性,降低疾病复发率。
To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing for the first schizophrenic patients after discharge,100 schizophrenics admitted to Harbin First Special Hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as study objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received rehabilitation nursing after discharge,and analyzed nursing effect of two groups.Compared with control group,the observation group had lower disease recurrence rate and higher treatment compliance(P<0.05);the observation group had higher scores of quality of life,social support and life ability(P<0.05).The rehabilitation nursing for schizophrenic patients after discharge can achieve satisfactory nursing effect,actively improve the social function and clinical symptoms of patients,help to improve the treatment compliance of patients,and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
