房屋建筑施工中防渗漏施工技术研究

建筑物因为建筑材料质量问题、建筑施工技术问题等原因会出现渗漏,渗漏会影响房屋的使用寿命。针对于此,应该从屋面防渗漏施工技术、地下室防渗漏施工技术、厨卫防渗漏技术、外墙门窗防渗漏施工技术、建立健全房屋建筑施工监管体系等方面着手,从根本上杜绝渗漏问题的发生。

Because of the quality of building materials,construction technology and other reasons,the leakage of buildings will occur,which will affect the service life of buildings.In view of this,we should start from the aspects of roof anti-seepage construction technology,basement anti-seepage construction technology,kitchen and bathroom anti-seepage technology,external wall door and window anti-seepage construction technology,and establish and improve the building construction supervision system,so as to fundamentally eliminate the occurrence of leakage.
