Research on quality management in water conservancy project

我国水利工程管理工作存在责任机制不健全、对水利建设造价和资金缺乏严格管理、设计不完善、审计不严格、缺乏严格的招标机制、水利工程管理人员缺乏专业知识等问题。要切实建立健全职责机制,对水利工程造价进行管理和把控,完善水利工程的设计和审计。招标过程要公开透明,强化水利工程管理者的专业素质。

There are some problems in the management of water conservancy projects in China,such as imperfect responsibility mechanism,the lack of strict management on the cost and funds of water conservancy construction,the imperfect design,the lax audit,the lack of strict bidding mechanism,and the lack of professional knowledge of water conservancy project management personnel.We should establish and perfect the responsibility mechanism,manage and control the cost of water conservancy projects,improve the design of water conservancy projects and audit,the bidding process should be open and transparent,and strengthen the professional quality of water conservancy project managers.
