基于龙江时尚产业发展的服装专业“产教融合”人才培养模式构建研究

以龙江时尚产业经济发展为驱动,积极推进应用型高校服装专业人才培养与龙江时尚产业经济发展的相融合,探讨服装专业“产教融合”人才培养模式的构建,形成“基础应用、综合应用、创新实践”三层次递进实践训练体系,明确“产教融合”在区域应用型高校教育改革、专业人才培养与开发等方面的特殊地位,为应用型高校的发展提供经验借鉴。

Driven by economic development of the fashion industry,it aims to actively promote the integration of application-oriented college fashion talents training and economic development of fashion industry,explore the talent training mode construction of“integration of industry and education”in fashion industry,form the three-level progressive practical training system of“basic application,comprehensive application and innovative practice”,and clarify the special status of“integration of industry and education”in education reform of application-oriented regional colleges and professional training and development in colleges and universities,so as to provide experience for the development of application-oriented colleges and universities.
