职业院校烹饪专业“产教融合”人才培养模式建设构想 被引量:2

摘要 职业院校烹饪专业开展产教融合人才培养模式是现代教育的需要。以高职院校烹饪专业为例,介绍了“产教融合”的培养模式,提出“产教融合”是培养应用型人才的必要手段,并阐述了实现产教融合的基本手段,创新烹饪专业培养体系,运用合作学习模式,加快“双师型”教师队伍建设。 It is the need of modern education to develop the talent training mode of integration of production and education in cooking major of vocational colleges.Taking the culinary major in higher vocational colleges as an example,this paper introduces the training mode of“integration of production and education”,puts forward that“integration of production and education”is the necessary means to train applied talents,and expounds the basic means to realize the integration of production and education,innovate the training system of culinary major,use the cooperative learning mode,and speed up the construction of“double-qualified teacher”teaching team.
