The core idea of craftsman spirit is to pursue the perfection of products.This paper introduces the necessity of training accounting professionals based on the spirit of craftsman,and puts forward suggestions for the teaching reform of accounting major in higher vocational colleges based on the spirit of craftsman,which include establishing correct education concept,changing accounting teaching ideas,creating a teaching form of accounting major with collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises,and improving the professional quality of accounting professional teachers.
