妇产科护生沟通能力教学培养研究——“以学生为中心”教学法的应用

Study on the teaching and training of communication ability of nursing students in gynecology and obstetrics——the application of “student centered” teaching method

“以学生为中心”的教学法对妇产科护生的沟通能力进行培养,其主要体现在利用提问的方式增强护生的自信心,利用分组讨论的方式实现互动式教学,利用不同教师之间的合作开展环境互换练习,利用实践训练建立护患沟通渠道。教师可以利用提问的方式将问题交还给学生,教师只负责辅助评价,经过反复多次的锻炼,护生掌握了沟通技巧,会逐渐找回自信,能够顺利表达出自己的想法。教师可以将护生分为几个小组,分别实施角色扮演,护生的沟通能力会由最初的拘谨变得逐渐纯熟,能够应对自如。与其他教师进行合作,安排自己班级的1组或2组护生与其他班级的护生一起进行训练,为护生提供一个全新、陌生的练习环境。将护生分成几个小组,跟随护士进行查房,增加护生参与临床护理实践活动的次数,延长护生的临床护理时间。

Through the“student-centered”teaching method,the communication ability of obstetrics and gynecology nursing students is mainly reflected in using questions to enhance self-confidence of nursing students,using group discussion to achieve interactive teaching,using cooperation between different teachers to carry out environment exchange exercises,and using practice training to establish communication channels between nurses and patients.The teacher can use the way of asking questions to return questions to students.The teacher is only responsible for auxiliary evaluation.After repeated exercises,the nursing students have mastered the communication skills,will gradually get back self-confidence,and can smoothly express their own ideas.The teacher can divide nursing students into several groups and carry out role-playing respectively.The communication ability of nursing students will become more mature from initial formality,and they can deal with it freely.Cooperate with other teachers,and arrange one or two groups of nursing students in their own class to train together with other classes of nursing students,so as to provide a new and unfamiliar practice environment for nursing students.The nursing students were divided into several groups,followed the nurses to carry out rounds,increased the number of nursing students participating in clinical nursing practice activities,and extended clinical nursing time of nursing students.
