摘要
教师对课堂问题行为采取的管理策略不仅体现了教师的教育教学能力水平,也会对课堂的教学质量和师生间的人际关系造成不同程度的影响。有效的课堂管理是保障教学质量、提高教学效率的基础。本研究从明确课堂行为规范、营造良好课堂环境、更新课堂管理观念三个方面对小学课堂问题行为的有效管理策略进行探究。
Teachers’management strategies for classroom problem behaviors not only reflect level of teachers’education and teaching ability,but also affect quality of classroom teaching and interpersonal relationship between teachers and students to varying degrees.Effective classroom management is basis of ensuring teaching quality and improving teaching efficiency.It explores the effective management strategies of primary school classroom problem behavior from three aspects:clarifying classroom behavior norms,creating a good classroom environment,and updating classroom management concepts.
