Study on professional recognition and influencing factors of undergraduates majoring in agricultural and forestry economic management

摘要 影响农林经济管理专业本科生专业认知度的因素主要包括入学教育、专业介绍、对未来有明确规划、印象深刻的专业教师、阅读过与专业相关的经典著作、去图书馆学习的频率、参加过社会调查活动和科研项目、性别、年级、生源地、是高考第一志愿专业、对学校的认同感。此次研究以调研数据为基础,用主成分分析法测算农林经济管理专业本科生的专业认知综合值,并对影响专业认知的因素进行实证分析,根据实证研究结果提出了提升农林经济管理专业本科生专业认知度的方法,通过各种渠道帮助学生形成初步专业认识,将专业认知培养贯穿专业课程学习的全过程,加强就业指导。 The factors that affect professional recognition of the undergraduates majoring in agriculture,forestry and economic management mainly include the entrance education,professional introduction,professional teachers who have a clear plan for the future,who are deeply impressed,who have read the classic works related to the major,the frequency of going to the library to study,who have participated in social investigation activities and scientific research projects,gender,grade,student source,which are college entrance examination.First,volunteer major and sense of identity with the school.Based on the survey data,it uses principal component analysis method to measure comprehensive value of professional cognition of undergraduates majoring in agricultural and forestry economic management,and makes an empirical analysis of factors affecting professional cognition.According to empirical research results,it puts forward methods to improve professional cognition of the undergraduates majoring in agricultural and forestry economic management,that is,to help students form the preliminary professional cognition through various channels,and to integrate the professional cognition of the undergraduates.Cognitive training runs through the whole process of professional course learning and strengthens employment guidance.
