无痛康复训练与中药塌渍法治疗桡骨远端骨折后关节僵硬的临床观察

Clinical Effect of Painless Rehabilitation Training and Traditional Chinese Medicine Collocation Method in the Treatment of Anchylosis after Distal Radius Fracture

目的探究无痛康复训练与中药塌渍法在治疗桡骨远端骨折后关节僵硬患者中的应用效果。方法2017年5月—2019年2月,选择桡骨远端骨折后关节僵硬患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机法分为对照组与治疗组各30例,对照组采用无痛康复训练,治疗组采用无痛康复训练与中药塌渍法治疗,比较2组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,对照组疼痛程度评分高于治疗组(P<0.05)。对照组疼痛、握力、功能状态以及背伸/掌屈活动度评分,低于治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗组患肢肿胀消失时间、疼痛缓解时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛康复训练与中药塌渍法在治疗桡骨远端骨折后关节僵硬患者中的应用效果突出,能够取得显著的治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of painless rehabilitation training and traditional Chinese medicine collocation method in the treatment of patients with anchylosis after distal radius fracture.Methods From May 2017 to February 2019,60 patients with anchylosis after distal radius fracture were randomly and averagely divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with painless rehabilitation training and the treatment group was treated with the former and traditional Chinese medicine collocation method.The therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were compared.Results The pain score of the control group was higher than that of the treatment group(P<0.05).The scores of pain,grip strength,functional status and back extension/palm flexion of the control group were lower than those of the treatment group(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of limb swelling,pain relief and hospitalization of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Painless rehabilitation training and traditional Chinese medicine collocation method have outstanding effects in the treatment of patients with anchylosis after distal radius fracture.
