计及综合误差的数字式互感器现场检验方法和检验系统研究

摘要 数字式互感器的输出信号为数字信号,以模拟信号为基础的传统互感器现场检验技术已无法适用数字式互感器。为此,对比了数字式互感器与传统互感器的计量特性,提出了一种计及综合误差的数字式互感器现场检验方法,并构建了现场检验系统。该系统首先实时采集标准互感器和被试数字式互感器的二次输出值,并对应输入到标准电能表和被试电能表;然后,将两路采样值上传至对比分析计算设备,通过计算得到被试电能表电量综合误差;最后,通过比对分析,判断被试数字式互感器的准确度。实际应用结果表明,该检验系统可实现数字式互感器的现场检验。 The output signal of digital transformer is digital signal.The traditional field test technology based on analog signal is no longer applicable to digital transformers.For that reason,by the comparison of the metrological characteristics between digital transformers and traditional transformers,a field test method of digital transformers considering comprehensive error is proposed and a field test system is constructed.Firstly,the real-time secondary output values of standard transformers and digital transformers are collected in the system and sent to the corresponding standard and tested electric energy meters.Then,the two sampled values are uploaded to the comparative analysis and calculation equipment and the comprehensive error of the tested electric energy meter is calculated.Finally,by the comparative analysis,the accuracy of the tested digital transformer is judged.The actual application results show that the test system can realize the field test digital transformers.
