摘要
为鼓励可再生能源发电技术与传统化石能源发电技术竞争,平衡当地用电结构,提高非化石能源电量占比,提出一种以促进清洁能源消纳为目标的智能电网规划方法。首先,建立智能电网规划中的综合电力能源利用效果模型;其次,建设综合能源管理平台,从能源实时监测、能源信息管理、能效分析、能源预测、能源平衡、能源调度、需求侧服务等多方面对能源互联网进行协调优化控制;最后,将该方法应用到某市A新区智能电网规划中,由此验证了该方法的有效性、科学性和实用性。本文所提方法可以为智能电网的规划建设提供决策性的指导。
In order to encourage the competition among the renewable energy power generation technologies and the traditional fossil energy power generation technologies,balance the local electricity consumption structure and increase the electricity proportion of non-fossil energy,a smart grid planning method aimed at the promotion of clean energy consumption is proposed.Firstly,an integrated power energy utilization effect model is established in the smart grid planning.Secondly,an integrated energy management platform is built to coordinate and optimize the control of the energy internet from aspects of the real-time energy monitoring,the management of energy information,the energy efficiency analysis,the energy forecasting,the energy balance,the energy dispatching and the demand side service and so on.Finally,the method is applied to the smart grid planning of a new district in the A city to verify that the method is effective,scientific and practicable.The proposed method can provide decision-making guidance for the construction and planning of smart grid.
