摘要
与高压架空输电线路同杆架设的ADSS光缆在金具出口处容易发生电腐蚀,国内较为普遍的做法是在ADSS光缆金具出口处加装防晕环来抑制电腐蚀。由于国内没有防晕环的设计标准或行业规范,因此难以验证防晕环抑制电腐蚀的实际效果。为此,通过三维软件建立杆塔及光缆金具模型,利用DJ软件仿真计算ADSS光缆金具出口处加装防晕环前后的电场强度,并建立模拟ADSS光缆实际运行工况的实验室,通过盐雾试验进一步验证在ADSS光缆金具出口处安装防晕环对电腐蚀的抑制效果。研究结果表明,在ADSS光缆金具出口处加装防晕环可以改善光缆表面的电场分布,对ADSS光缆电腐蚀起到了明显的抑制作用。
Electric corrosion easily happens at the fittings’outlets of the ADSS cables which are on the same poles with high voltage overhead transmission lines.In China,anti-corona rings installed at the fittings’outlets of ADSS cables are generally used to reduce the electric corrosion.But the actual inhibition effects of anti-corona rings on electric corrosion is hardly verified because there is no design or industry standard in China.For this reason,a tower and cable fittings model is designed by a 3D software.Electric field intensities at the fittings’outlets of ADSS cables before and after the installation of anti-corona rings are simulated and calculated by DJ software.A laboratory is constructed to simulate actual operation conditions of ADSS cables.The actual inhibition effects of anti-corona rings on electric corrosion are further verified by salt spray tests in the laboratory.Study results show that installation of anti-corona ring at the fittings’outlets of ADSS cables can improve the electric field distribution of the cable surface and has significant inhibition effects on the electric corrosion of ADSS cable.
