摘要
为了直观地评价燃煤机组的大气污染物排放水平和方便进行机组之间对比,提出了燃煤机组大气污染物排放综合评价与排名方法。简要介绍了大气污染物的典型减排工艺及原理,以某电网公司调管范围内9台燃煤机组的烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物排放浓度为例,重点探讨了燃煤机组大气污染物的综合评价与排名方法,并对其进行逐步优化,使其贴合实际且具有较好的适用性。最后,根据燃煤机组的特点,阐述了提升其综合排名的措施。燃煤机组大气污染物排放综合评价与排名方法为电厂及相关监管部门及时掌握燃煤机组的大气污染物排放水平提供了重要参考。
In order to evaluate intuitively the levels of atmospheric pollutant emission of coal-fired units and conveniently compare them among units,a comprehensive evaluation and ranking method of atmospheric pollutant emission of coal-fired units is proposed.The typical emission reduction technologies and principles of atmospheric pollutants are briefly introduced.Then,the emission concentrations of soot,SO2 and NOx of nine coal-fired units within the regulation scope of a power grid company are taken as an example to emphatically discuss the comprehensive ranking method of atmospheric pollutants of coal-fired units which is optimized continuously so as to be more practical and applicable.Finally,according to the characteristics of coal-fired units,measures to improve their comprehensive ranking are described.The comprehensive evaluation and ranking method of atmospheric pollutant emission of coal-fired units provides an important reference for power plants and relevant regulatory departments to grasp the levels of atmospheric pollutant emission of coalfired units in time.
