摘要
在21世纪日益复杂和快速变化的管理环境中,创新是企业获得差异化和竞争优势的主要来源。创新技能包括专业知识、批判性思维、创造力、开放性等个人素质,以及沟通协作等社会和行为技能。实践表明,设计思维构建营销课程的教学模式,可以为教师提供一个清晰的教学过程和工具,有效地培养学生的创造力、协调技能和开放的思想。
In the increasingly complex and rapidly changing management environment of the 21 st century,innovation is the main source of differentiation and competitive advantage for enterprises. Innovation skills include personal qualities such as professional knowledge,critical thinking,creativity and openness,as well as social and behavioral skills such as communication and collaboration. The result shows that the teaching mode based on design thinking method can provide teachers with a clear teaching process and tools,which can effectively cultivate students’ creativity,coordinate skills and open minds.
