On Impacts of Improvement of Scientific Research Level on Counselors’ Professional Ability under the Background of "Cultivating Students by Morality Education"

基于"立德树人"教育的根本任务要求以及面临的高等教育发展的新形式、新情况,辅导员队伍必须全面提升职业能力。通过科研意识强化和研究水平的提升,辅导员可切实提高自身的创新能力及解决问题的能力,提高政治思想教育理论水平和对学生德育培养的成效,促进辅导员队伍的专业化、职业化建设。

Based on the fundamental task requirements of"cultivating students by morality education"as well as the new trend and new situation in the development of higher education,the team of counselors must comprehensively improve their professional ability. Through the enhancement of scientific research consciousness and the improvement of research level,counselors can effectively improve their ability to innovate and solve problems,improve the theoretical level of political and ideological education and the effectiveness of moral education for students,and promote the construction of counselors’ specialization and professionalization.
