摘要
创新和创业对于国家发展战略目标的实现,都是以高质量人力资源储备为前提的。现代大学是国家创新创业发展战略的基础载体,在培育高质量人力资源、推动科技进步、将知识创造向产品和市场转换的社会化进程中,拥有决定性的优势。以现代大学为主导的创新创业共同体是提高国家核心竞争力的重要基地。
Innovation and entrepreneurship are based on the premise of high-quality human resources reserves for the realization of national development strategy goals. Modern university is the basic carrier of the national innovation and entrepreneurship development strategy,which has a decisive advantage in cultivating high-quality human resources,promoting scientific and technological progress and transforming knowledge creation into products and markets. The innovation and entrepreneurship community led by modern universities is an important base for improving the country s core competitiveness.
