汽车维修业有机废气特征分析及治理工艺探究 被引量:2

摘要 当前是汽车消费的高速增长期,也是汽车维修行业蓬勃发展时期。汽车在刮灰打磨、喷漆烤漆等维修过程中,会排放含颗粒的有机废气。当前汽修行业针对该类废气大多采用直排方式处理,对环境造成严重污染。通过对汽车维修店的实地考察,研究汽车维修业中有机废气排放点源及浓度特征;通过分析汽车维修业中常用的油漆中易挥发组分,归纳汽车维修过程中排放的有机废气组分特征。基于以上排放点源的浓度、组分特征,针对汽车维修业废气治理难点,探讨当前市场中常规有机废气治理技术的适用性,并推介适合于当前汽车维修业的经济科学的治理工艺。 At present,it is a period of rapid growth of automobile consumption and the vigorous development of automobile maintenance industry. In the process of maintenance,such as scraping and painting,the car will emit particles and organic waste gas. Most of the current auto repair industry adopts none treatment of these gases,which causes serious pollution to the environment. Based on the investigation of the automobile maintenance point,this article research the emission source and concentration of volatile organic compounds(VOC) in automobile maintenance industry. Also discussed the concentration and composition of VOC. Based on the above analysis and the point of VOC treatment of automobile maintenance industry,the applicability of the VOC treatment technology in the current market are discussed,to refer an economic and scientific technology for VOC treatment.
