新加坡净水节水技术应用对我国缺水城市的启示

The Inspiration of Singapore Water Purification and Water Saving Technology Application for Water-deficient City in China

虽然我国在水资源水生态管理上有长足的发展,但仍有近400座城市面对缺水的严峻形势。该文对新加坡的先进净水节水技术和理念进行了总结,通过实地调查及资料调研等方式,并以兰州市为例,将新加坡与我国缺水城市净水节水技术应用梳理对照,得出我国缺水城市水资源管理3个方面启示:将水资源规划与城市规划衔接、提高中水回用率与降低管网漏损率、加强科技创新与增强社会节水意识,可为国内城市制定并实施水资源可持续管理战略与对策,解决水资源短缺问题提供借鉴。

Although China has made great progress in the management of water resources and water ecology,it still faces the severe situation of water shortage in nearly 400 cities.We should learn from the advanced water purification and water saving technology in Singapore,one of the most water-scarce countries,with world vision.It develops and implements the sustainable water resources management strategies and countermeasures to solve the problem of water shortage.This article used the methods of investigation and data research,took Lanzhou as an example,compared Singapore with China's water-scarce urban water purification and saving technology application,to draw three aspects of enlightenment for China's water shortage urban water resources management:drawing water resources planning connect with cities planning,improving the rate of water reuse and reducing the leakage rate of pipe network,strengthening the technical innovation and enhancing social awareness of water conservation.
