摘要
为了明确水保工程中玻璃纤维对混凝土性能的影响,该文以玻璃纤维和粉煤灰为添加剂,以建筑垃圾为再生骨料配制再生混凝土,研究了玻璃纤维、粉煤灰与再生骨料对再生混凝土性能的影响。研究表明:当在混凝土中掺入玻璃纤维后,其28 d抗压、劈裂抗拉强度都有所增大,但是当玻璃纤维的掺量超过1 kg/m 3以后,混凝土各龄期的力学性能均有所下降。但是混凝土的抗冻性、耐磨性和抗腐蚀性随着玻璃纤维、粉煤灰和再生骨料掺量的增加而增强,因此在使用再生骨料的条件下,合理使用玻璃纤维不仅能提高混凝土的力学性能,而且可以提高混凝土抗冻性、耐磨度和抗硫酸盐腐蚀性。推荐再生混凝土中适宜的玻璃纤维含量、粉煤灰掺量和再生骨料取代率为1 kg/m 3、25%、30%。
In order to clarify the effects of glass fiber on the performance of concrete in water conservation projects,this paper takes glass fiber and fly ash as additives,and construction waste as recycled aggregate to configure recycled concrete,and studies the influence of glass fiber,fly ash and recycled aggregate on the performance of recycled concrete.The results show that the 28-day compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete increase,but when the glass fiber content exceeds 1 kg/m3,the mechanical properties of concrete at all ages decrease.However,the frost resistance,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of concrete increase with the increase of glass fiber,fly ash and recycled aggregate.Therefore,under the condition of using recycled aggregate,reasonable use of glass fiber can not only improve the mechanical properties of concrete,but also improve the frost resistance,wear resistance and sulfate resistance of concrete.Corrosive.The suitable glass fiber content,fly ash content and replacement rate of recycled aggregate in recycled concrete are recommended to be 1 kg/m3,25%and 30%.
