超声刀和常规电刀手术治疗乳腺癌的优劣差异

Difference between Ultrasonic Scalpel and Conventional Electric Scalpelin the Operative Treatment of Breast Cancer

目的:探讨超声电刀和常规电刀在手术治疗乳腺癌的优劣差异。方法:选取2015年9月~2018年9月某院收治的乳腺癌患者共40例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。观察组给予超声刀手术治疗,对照组采用常规电刀手术治疗,比较两组的手术情况、引流情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量及伤口愈合时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后24h引流量、总引流量及引流时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症的总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声刀手术治疗乳腺癌效果显著,能有效缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量、术后引流量,降低术后并发症的发生,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective:To explore the advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonic scalpel and conventional electric scalpel in the operative treatment of breast cancer.Methods:A total of 40 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to a hospital from September 2015 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with ultrasonic scalpel operation,while the control group was treated with conventional electric scalpel operation.The operation,drainage and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and wound healing time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The total drainage volume,total drainage volume and drainage time 24 hours after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ultrasound scalpel surgery in the treatment of breast cancer is significant.It can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding,postoperative drainage,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
