胃大部切除术与单纯修补术治疗急性胃穿孔的疗效比较

Comparison of the Effect of Gastrectomy and Simple Repair Therapy in the Treatment of Acute Gastric Perforation

目的:对比胃大部切除术与单纯修补术治疗急性胃穿孔的临床疗效。方法:选择2017年2月~2018年2月期间,某院收治的急性胃穿孔患者98例作为本次研究的对象,探讨不同手术方式的治疗效果。以随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和研究组各49例,对照组患者实施胃大部切除手术,研究组患者实施单纯修补术,对比治疗疗效。结果:两组患者临床疗效对比,研究组总有效47例,总有效率为95.92%,对照组总有效42例,总有效率为85.71%,总有效率对比,研究组更优(P<0.05);两组患者术中、术后相关指标对比,研究组手术、胃肠功能恢复以及住院时间,均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胃大部切除术与单纯修补术对急性胃穿孔患者具有满意的治疗效果,临床选择手术方式应该结合患者的实际情况而定。

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of gastrectomy and simple repair in the treatment of acute gastric perforation.Methods:98 patients with acute gastric perforation admitted to a hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study to explore the therapeutic effects of different surgical methods.All patients were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 49 patients each.The patients in the control group underwent gastrectomy,and the patients in the study group underwent simple repair,compared the therapeutic effects.Results:The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.The total effective rate was 95.92%in the study group(47 cases),while the total effective rate was 85.71%in the control group(42 cases).The total effective rate was better in the study group(P<0.05).The intraoperative and postoperative indexes of the two groups were compared.The operation,gastrointestinal function recovery and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both gastrectomy and simple repair have satisfactory therapeutic effects on patients with acute gastric perforation.The clinical selection of surgical methods should be based on the actual situation of patients.
