急性胃炎的中医辨证诊疗临床分析

Clinical Analysis of TCM Syndrome Differentiation in Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Gastritis

目的:分析中医辨证分型治疗急性胃炎的疗效。方法:100例急性胃炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,两组均给予常规支持治疗。对照组口服奥美拉唑40mg/d,观察组在常规支持治疗的基础上进行中医辨证施治,两组均连续治疗10天,观察疗效与不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率明显较对照组高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;两组治疗期间不良反应无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:中医辨证诊疗急性胃炎疗效确切,安全性高,无明显不良反应。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in treating acute gastritis.Methods:100 patients with acute gastritis were divided into observation group and control group,50 patients in each group.All the patients in two group were treated with conventional therapy.The patients in control group were treated with OME 40mg/d.The patients in observation group were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation on the basis of routine supportive treatment.All the patients in two groups were treated for 10 days,the effect and adverse were observed.Results:The total effect rate of observation group was obviously better than control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Diagnosis and treatment of TCM syndrome differentiation on acute gastritis could get definite effect,high safety,with no obvious adverse reactions.
