Investigation and Analysisof Influence Factors on Condom Use among MSM in Longgang District of Shenzhen City

目的:对男男性接触者安全套使用情况进行调查分析。方法:于2016年12月~2017年12月对某区常住男男性接触者进行调查分析,通过调查分析其安全套使用情况。结果:(1)男男性接触者在进行肛交时安全套使用情况比口交时安全套使用情况好,数据差异显著(P<0.05);(2)低于20岁及21~30岁之间男男性接触者安全套使用情况较好,而31~40岁及41岁以上男男性接触者安全套使用情况并不是很理想。结论:我区男男性接触者安全套使用情况比较理想,不使用安全套的因素也比较多,主要与对艾滋病的认识不足、降低了愉悦感、不利于双方亲密接触等有关,应利用宣传等形式增加男男性接触者安全套使用的意识,控制及预防艾滋病的发生。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the condom use among men who had sex with men(MSM).Methods:From December 2016 to December 2017,men who had sex with men in a district were investigated and their condom use was analyzed.Results:(1)Condom use in anal sex of MSM was better than that in oral sex,with significant difference(P<0.05);(2)Condom use among MSM aged below 20 and 21 to 30 years old was better,while condom use among MSM aged 31 to 40 years and over 41 years old was not very satisfactory.Conclusion:Condom use among men who have sex with men in our area is ideal,and there are many factors that do not use condoms,which are mainly related to the lack of understanding of AIDS,reducing the sense of pleasure,and not conducive to close contact between the two sides.Publicity should be used to increase the awareness of condom use among MSM and to control and prevent the occurrence of AIDS.
