氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合头痛宁胶囊治疗伴焦虑抑郁障碍的慢性每日头痛效果探讨

Effect of Flupenthixol Melitracen Combined with Toutongning Capsule in the Treatment of Chronic Daily Headache with Anxiety and Depression Disorder

目的:探究氟哌噻吨美利曲辛与头痛宁胶囊联合使用在治疗伴焦虑抑郁障碍的慢性头痛患者方面的作用。方法:选取2016年5月~2017年5月在某院接受治疗的伴焦虑抑郁障碍的慢性每日头痛患者98例,按照随机数表法分为实验组和对照组,每组49例。对照组仅服用头痛宁胶囊,实验组在对照组的基础上口服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片,评价焦虑程度、抑郁程度、慢性每日头痛症状缓解情况。结果:干预后实验组患者焦虑抑郁水平明显,优于对照组,组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者头痛治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合头痛宁胶囊可以有效缓解伴焦虑抑郁障碍的慢性每日头痛患者的负面情绪,提高头痛的治疗有效率且无严重不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of flupenthixol melitracen combined with Toutongning capsule in the treatment of chronic headache patients with anxiety and depression disorder.Methods:98 patients with chronic daily headache with anxiety and depression disorder treated in a hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,with 49 patients in each group.The control group only took Toutongning capsule,while the experimental group took flupenthixol melitracen orally on the basis of the control group.The degree of anxiety,depression and relief of chronic daily headache symptoms were evaluated.Results:After intervention,the level of anxiety and depression in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of headache treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flupenthixol melitracen combined with Toutongning capsule can effectively relieve the negative emotions of patients with chronic daily headache with anxiety and depression disorder,improve the efficiency of headache treatment without serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
