续断接骨汤在四肢骨折患者治疗中的有效性分析

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Xuduanjiegu Decoction in the Treatment of Patients with Limb Fracture

目的:分析续断接骨汤在四肢骨折患者治疗中的有效性。方法:研究选择某院接收的64例四肢骨折患者,均为2017年8月~2018年8月收治,根据患者的入院顺序,将其分为观察组36例,对照组28例。两组患者在进行了相同的复位治疗后,对照组患者采取接骨七厘片口服治疗,观察组采取口服续断接骨汤治疗。结果:观察组的肿胀与疼痛消失时间以及住院时间都明显比对照组短,观察组的治疗总有效率97.22%明显高于对照组82.14%,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:续断接骨汤在四肢骨折患者治疗中的应用具有较好的治疗效果,能够促进患者快速康复,值得临床应用。

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of Xuduanjiegu decoction in the treatment of patients with limb fractures.Methods:64 patients with limb fractures received by a hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected.According to the patient's admission order,they were divided into observation group(36 cases)and control group(28 cases).After the same reduction treatment was performed in the two groups of patients,the control group was treated with Jieguqili tablets orally,and the observation group was treated with Xuduanjiegu decoction.Results:The swelling and pain disappearance time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Xuduanjiegu decoction in the treatment of patients with limb fracture has a good therapeutic effect and promotes rapid recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
