普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特在小儿哮喘患者中的疗效及安全性评价

Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Pulmicort Aerosol Combined with Montelukast in Children with Asthma

目的:探讨普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特在小儿哮喘患者中的疗效及安全性。方法:选取某院共76例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,采用数字随机法分为联合组和常规组各38例。常规组通过普米克气雾剂进行治疗,联合组在常规组基础上联合孟鲁司特进行治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:联合组总有效率94.74%,常规组总有效率76.32%,对比具有明显差异(χ2=5.208,P=0.022);联合组不良反应发生率5.26%,常规组不良反应发生率2.63%,对比无明显差异(χ2=0.347,P=0.556);联合组肺功能指标与常规组相比有明显差异,P<0.05。结论:普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘具有良好的效果,能有效改善患儿肺功能,安全性较高,无严重不良反应,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Pulmicort aerosol combined with montelukast in children with asthma.Methods:A total of 76 children with asthma in a hospital were enrolled as study subjects.The digital randomization method was used to divide patients into the combined group and the conventional group,with 38 in each.The conventional group was treated with Pulmicort aerosol,and the combined group was treated with montelukast on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 94.74%in the combined group and 76.32%in the conventional group,the difference was significantly different(χ2=5.208,P=0.022);The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 5.26%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the conventional group was 2.63%,there was no significant difference in contrast(χ2=0.347,P=0.556).There was a significant difference in lung function between the combined group and the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulmicort aerosol combined with montelukast has a good effect in the treatment of children with asthma.It can effectively improve the lung function of children,with high safety and no serious adverse reactions.It is worthy of popularization and application.
